By accessing or using DRXP, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Using DRXP
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and use DRXP lawfully. You may not interfere with the service, access another person’s account, manipulate results, automate answers, exploit errors or use DRXP to harm others.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your location to enter a prize-bearing Drop, unless its published terms expressly allow otherwise. Individual Drops may be limited by location, age or other criteria. You are responsible for confirming that participation is lawful where you live.
Accounts and authentication
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email and sign-in methods secure. We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect participants, investigate abuse or comply with law.
Drops and prizes
Each Drop may have additional published details covering its schedule, questions, eligibility, prize, sponsor and winner verification. Advertised prizes are subject to successful eligibility and integrity checks. Taxes, fees or reporting obligations associated with a prize are the winner’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Creator-led Drops
Some Drops may be created or sponsored by third parties. Creators remain responsible for their submitted content, claims, permissions and prize commitments. DRXP may review, reject, edit or remove content that is unsafe, unlawful, misleading or inconsistent with these terms.
Intellectual property
DRXP, its branding, product design and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit, while granting us the permission needed to host, display and operate that content as part of the service.
Service availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable live experience, but internet connections, devices and third-party services can fail. We may postpone, cancel or correct a Drop where a technical, security or integrity issue prevents a fair result. To the extent permitted by law, DRXP is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
