Your data should never be a mystery.
This notice explains what DRXP collects, why we use it and the choices available to you when you use playdrxp.com.
Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your name, username, email address, country and authentication information; competition data such as answers, response times, scores and rankings; payout details you choose to provide; and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, logs and cookies.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, authentication and live Drop participation.
- Calculate results, prevent duplicate entries and investigate cheating or abuse.
- Verify winners and administer prizes or manual payouts.
- Send sign-in messages, service notices, joined-Drop reminders and official results.
- Secure, troubleshoot and improve DRXP.
- Meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention and regulatory obligations where applicable.
Cookies and your consent
DRXP uses essential cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in, security and remembering your consent choice. With your permission, we also use PostHog cookies and browser storage for product analytics. Optional analytics remain off until you select “Accept analytics.” You can reject them without losing access to DRXP, and you can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings control shown on the site.
Service providers and analytics
We use trusted providers to operate DRXP, including hosting and database infrastructure, Supabase for authentication, Resend for transactional email and PostHog for product analytics. After you consent, PostHog receives deliberate usage events such as page views, Drop joins and completion milestones. If you are signed in, we identify your PostHog profile using your internal Supabase user ID and send your account email address as a profile property so activity can be connected across sessions and devices. We do not send answer text, phone numbers, names, payout or banking details to PostHog, and session replay and automatic form capture remain disabled. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.
Prizes and public results
Your username, score, rank, response time and prize status may be displayed to other participants. We will not publicly display your private payout destination or full legal identity unless we obtain your permission or disclosure is legally required.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may reject or withdraw optional analytics through Cookie Settings on the homepage and request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future PostHog tracking and clears the PostHog identity from that browser. Certain competition, transaction or security records may be retained where required. To make a privacy request, email benji@playdrxp.com.
Children and changes
DRXP is not intended for children below the minimum age stated for a Drop or the age required to consent to data processing in their location. We may update this notice as the service evolves and will post the revised date on this page.
